Is there any way that we can know teh fixed setup we are going to use before racing with it for the first time?

Rob's link tells you what things can be changed, other adjustments are locked to default. So if you load the default setup to the car it's just like it will be on the server. None of the fixed setups are ever customized, always "factory" default.
