I get exactly the same as you when registering from the CM. Began happening a few days ago. It seems the CM-SRS connection broke somehow.
I am using then the SRS from AC to register and then go back to CM. Everything seems to work fine like that, as well as when using the APP directly. I just like the autosave feature from CM. I know how it works.
