Can't Find a Race to Join
#1
I just have the basic AC package - no added DLC content except a free mod or two.
I just installed the SRS AC app and got it working - but every race I see requires me to download a ton of other stuff.  Are there no races for someone like me that just has the basics and wants a quick online race?

Thanks,
Bert

If you want to race using AC, you'll need to download additional stuff. The game is 3+ years old, ya know!

Thanks for that link!

I downloaded and installed all of the mods and tracks from the list provided.  Although I got the cars to work in AC, I don't see any of the downloaded tracks.  I unzipped them all to the "tracks" folder, and they appear in the folder.  But I don't see them from within AC.  AC just loads the same 54 tracks that I had before.

Any idea what's wrong?

Thanks!

Can you show us a pic of your windows explorer showing the AC tracks folder?

That's my bad, my friend. I linked you to an archive thread, which has since been removed by admins it looks like. The thread you ACTUALLY want is this one:

Turns out I was missing quite a few tracks myself due to this error! Woops!

No Problem -- I had the track files embedded one level to low in the file structure.  The tracks are there now.
